SALES POLICY

This Sales Policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to the sale of products, including aluminum foil trays, aluminum foil rolls, and related items, by Loc Tu Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd. Loc Tu provides these terms to you, the customer. Placing an order with Loc Tu signifies your acceptance of this Sales Policy in conjunction with our other applicable terms (e.g., Order Processing & Payment Terms, Shipping Methods).

1. Quotations and Pricing:

• Prices for our products, such as aluminum foil containers, are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise specified in a formal written quotation.

• Written quotations provided by Loc Tu are typically valid for a specific period mentioned within the quote. If no period is stated, the quotation may be valid for [e.g., 15 or 30] days from the date of issuance, subject to product availability.

• All prices are generally exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT/GST), shipping charges, handling fees, and any import duties (for international shipments, where applicable), unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. These additional costs will be added to the final invoice amount.

2. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation:

• All orders placed by the customer are subject to acceptance by Loc Tu. An order is not binding upon Loc Tu until we have formally accepted it through an order confirmation or by the shipment of the goods.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, credit concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• The acceptance of an order forms a binding sales contract governed by these terms and other applicable Loc Tu policies referenced herein.

3. Payment Terms:

• Payment terms are as specified in our Order Processing & Payment Terms policy or as explicitly agreed upon in writing for specific wholesale or credit-approved accounts.

• Typically, payment is required in full at the time of order placement for online retail orders. For approved wholesale accounts, specific credit terms may apply as per the separate credit agreement.

• Loc Tu reserves the right to suspend shipments or cancel orders if payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms.

4. Title and Risk of Loss:

• Title (ownership) to the products typically passes to the customer upon full payment of the invoice amount.

• Risk of loss or damage to the products generally passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the designated shipping carrier (FOB Shipping Point or similar Incoterm, unless otherwise agreed in writing). Customers are encouraged to consider shipping insurance for valuable orders.

5. Product Specifications and Suitability:

• While Loc Tu strives to provide accurate descriptions and specifications for products like aluminum foil baking pans or round, square, rectangular foil pans, it is the customer's responsibility (as outlined in User Responsibilities) to ensure the selected product is suitable for their intended application.

• Product images on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes; actual products may have minor variations. Specifications are subject to change without notice due to continuous product improvement. 

6. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):

• Certain products, especially those requiring custom production or offered at wholesale pricing, may be subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). Any applicable MOQs will be communicated during the quotation or ordering process.

7. Confidentiality:

Any pricing, technical information, or business terms shared between Loc Tu and the customer during the sales process, particularly for custom or wholesale orders, should be considered confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from us.
