USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Loc Tu shall not be held liable for delays, mis-deliveries, or other issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.

5. Inspection Upon Receipt and Reporting:
It is the User's responsibility to inspect products promptly upon delivery. Any significant visible damage to packaging or products, or discrepancies in the order, should be reported to Loc Tu within a reasonable timeframe, as stipulated in our shipping and return policies. Failure to report such issues promptly may affect the User's eligibility for returns or replacements.

6. Disposal and Recycling:
